Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and oversee store team duties.
• Support General Manager with accounting, marketing, customer service, HR, and food service.
• Train and coach store team; ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, displays, promotions, and signage; manage out-of-stocks.
• Ensure food service quality and safety guidelines are followed.
• Cover store operations in General Manager's absence; learn and understand P&L statements.
