Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager in Florida who will oversee all aspects of store operations to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers while guarding profitability. You will lead the team, manage inventory, and ensure safety, brand and SOP compliance, along with coordinating with the corporate office on budgets and HR matters.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail management experience
• Ability to manage high-volume store operations
• Experience with P&L and budget adherence
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA policies
• Proficient in inventory management and cycle counts

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Review and interpret P&L to identify profitability improvements
• Supervise inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• Lead HR tasks and loss prevention issues as needed
• Manage cash handling and coordinate with finance
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards
• Ensure CO/SOP compliance and scheduling coverage
• Open/close responsibilities and overall store oversight
