Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train staff while ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide training, conduct performance evaluations and address gaps.
• Open and close the store as required and manage daily operations.
• Monitor sales, profitability and inventory to meet targets.
• Ensure cash handling, cashier accountability and security procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store and a safe working environment.
