Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Monitor the competitive environment and adjust as needed to maintain ALDI's position.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and manage daily operations with the team.
