Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy, focusing on store execution and delivering excellent customer service.

In this full-time role, you will lead the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, supervise daily activities, and help maintain a welcoming shopping experience for customers while safeguarding confidentiality and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, help, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and weekly or seasonal promotions.
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines (POGs).
