Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive customer service excellence.
• Perform cashier and sales associate tasks as needed.
• Maintain high sales per hour and assist in day-to-day store management.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned, including supervising associates and resolving issues.
• Open and close the store as directed and ensure a clean, organized, safe environment.
• Assist in training and coaching store associates to meet goals.
• Address customer complaints and process returns/exchanges efficiently.
• Participate in loss prevention and follow company policies.
