Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Execute tasks of cashier and sales associate as needed.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned; oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Assist in day-to-day management and supervision of store associates to deliver customer service and drive sales.
• Open and close store as directed; address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Monitor sales metrics to increase sales and maintain profit structure while controlling expenses.
• Contribute to associate training and ensure store appearance is clean and professional.
• Support loss prevention measures and report safety incidents promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and complete other duties as assigned.
