Job summary

Cavender’s is seeking a Store Key Carrier to join our Store Management Team in Spring, TX. You will help run daily store operations, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales while upholding Cavender’s culture and policies.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising associates, training staff, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean, secure, and well-presented store environment. You will act as Manager on Duty as assigned.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s Culture and drive mission, vision, and values.
• Perform cashier and sales associate tasks.
• Maintain active role in personal selling and meet/exceed sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and supervise store associates.
• Open and close the store as directed.
• Address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in training store associates and supporting loss prevention.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented for customers.
• Identify and report safety or security incidents to management.
