• Assist in management of the retail store and supervision of store associates.
• Know store operations and act as Store Manager in absence.
• Assist in day-to-day operation of the store.
• Assist in training of new store associates.
• Maintain safety and security awareness; report incidents to Store Manager.
• Understand and implement company policies and procedures.
• Assist in increasing sales, maintaining profit structure, and reducing expenses.
• Maintain store image and appearance (staff appearance included).
• Maintain active role in personal selling.
• Assist in shrinkage control and preventative measures.
• Assist in resolving personnel/customer problems and complaints.
• Assist in other duties usual in retail apparel/footwear.
