Responsibilities

• Support Cavender’s culture and drive Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Be able to perform the tasks of a Cashier and Sales Associate.
• Maintain active role in personal selling, meeting or exceeding sales per hour goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and supervise store staff.
• Open and close store as directed.
• Address customer complaints and handle returns/exchanges.
• Assist in training store associates and maintaining store appearance.
• Follow loss prevention measures and company policies.
