Job summary

Cavender’s in Monroe, LA is seeking a Key Carrier to support the Store Management Team. You will help with opening/closing, assist customers, and guide team members to drive sales storewide.

You’ll stay actively involved in personal selling, work toward goals and help train associates, while ensuring the store remains clean, organized and compliant with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in training store associates.
• Help keep the store clean, well-presented and organized.
• Contribute to safe and secure store operations and report incidents.
