Qualifikationen

• Must display goal-minded leadership skills.
• Must have retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must achieve 90% or higher score on 4 Assistant Certification for Excellence (ACE) written exams.
• Must achieve 90% or higher score on 4 Assistant Certification for Excellence (ACE) observation exams.

Aufgaben

• Opens & closes the facility (key holder).
• Supervises the day-to-day job tasks of hourly retail employees, designated store operations, and resolution of elevated concerns in conjunction with the Store Manager.
• Train, coach, and support staff utilizing clear communication to ensure tasks meet or exceed goals.
• Ensures store stays clean, organized, and customer service is met on the sales floor and donation drive-thru area.
• Maintains stock rotation and ensures high quality processing of goods.
• Prepares daily cash deposits/reconciliations and resolves cash count discrepancies.
• Completes confidential payroll documents such as Form I-9 and direct deposit information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
