The role will guide Production Clerks and ensure high customer service standards are met, including greeting donors, handling receipts, and maintaining shop cleanliness.

The position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule, with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and involves supervising staff, stocking, and merchandising tasks

Responsabilidades

• Display excellent customer service and greet donors and customers.
• Offer receipts and information per guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and grounds as required.
• Operate cash register and manage sales.
• Sort and stock materials, maintain quality categories.
• Rotate stock and set prices when instructed.
• Provide direction and training to Production Clerks.
