You'll train and coach teammates, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and handle confidential payroll documentation while partnering with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility as key holder.
• Supervise day-to-day tasks of hourly staff and store operations.
• Train and coach staff to meet production and sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on sales floor and donation drive-thru.
• Ensure stock rotation and proper processing of goods.
• Prepare and deposit daily cash; resolve discrepancies.
• Complete confidential payroll documents (Form I-9, direct deposit).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
