Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and to move merchandise around a warehouse-format store.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods and bend/reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close/store front-end processes with accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate staffing with the Assistant Store Manager to meet traffic and sales goals.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly zone workload to achieve store and department targets.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Train, coach, and motivate the team to maintain productive operations.
