Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in computer applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Develop associates through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Delegate and validate completion of daily tasks.
• Act as Leader on Duty and supervise associates when needed.
• Maintain store standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage inventory, audits, and stock replenishment based on sales trends.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
