Job summary

ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Frederick, MD to help oversee day-to-day store operations, supervise schedules, and implement action plans to improve performance. You will identify training opportunities and develop the team to reach store goals.

The role offers a starting wage of $27.50 per hour, with a wage increase to $28.50 in Year 2. This is a full-time position with 38 hours per week and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
