Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager as needed.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates duties and expectations.
• Assists with action plans to improve operating results and staff development.
• Leads store tours and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops personnel using company materials.
• Ensures compliance with customer service principles and policies.
• Prepares weekly schedules and manages expenses, inventory, and cash handling.
• Stock shelves per merchandising planograms and operates the POS system.
