Qualifications

• Requires leadership and communication to drive results.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel to meet goals.
• Assists in action plans to improve operating results and development.
• Leads interviews and recommends hires to the store manager.
• Manages weekly schedules and ensures coverage.
• Stock shelves and operate POS to process purchases.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
