Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Merrillville location. You will assist with daily store activities, ensure shelves are stocked, and help supervise and train Store Associates to deliver a positive shopping experience.

In this role you will handle opening/closing procedures, organize merchandise flows, maintain store standards, and uphold safety and loss-prevention practices while collaborating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and manage stockroom and sales floor.
