• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team to uphold Walgreens service traits.
• Hold store keys for opening/closing without management and assist with backdoor deliveries.
• Assist with vendor orders, review, and receive shipments, including backdoor open/close.
• Register all sales accurately and manage price verifications and voids.
