Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and uphold service standards while assisting with inventory, pricing, and back-door deliveries. Fluent English and prior leadership experience are required; pharmacy certification/licensure is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management; assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Registers sales, records scanning errors, price verifications and voids; assists with order exceptions and returns.
• Maintains inventory counts and accurate on-hand quantities; supports pricing and signage; aids with stock rotation.
