• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing signage; assist with vendor deliveries and backroom organization.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, displays, and stock rotation as per policies.
