Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a store team leader to help operate daily store functions, manage stock, support the Operations Manager, and ensure a premium customer experience across sales, merchandising, and loss prevention.

The role requires leadership with at least 1 year in retail, strong communication, adaptability to omni-channel retail, and availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Could perform tasks to execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience.
