Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with leadership or key holder duties.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions to customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Keep the store organized, customer-ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take ownership of store execution and use retail technology to support operations.
