Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis and financial awareness.

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer locate orders.
• Reconcilies store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Could perform tasks that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and compliance to customer experience standards.
