Job summary

You will assist the Operations Manager, oversee staff, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training, and step in with additional duties when the manager is absent. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with at least 1 year in a retail setting.
• Strong people skills with ability to direct staff.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and other receiving paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Performs visual merchandising, price adjustments, and adherence to company directives.
