Job summary

Foot Locker in Mishawaka, IN seeks a capable store leader to drive daily operations, including stock movement, visual merchandising, and customer experience. You’ll work with the Operations Manager to ensure premium store service, training, and staffing are aligned with company standards.

You will oversee shipments, transfers, and POS processes, while maintaining loss prevention and adherence to directives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders for customers.
• Reconciles transfer documents and nightly operations paperwork per policy.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Executes visual merchandising standards, price changes and compliance.
