Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in Bedford, IN. The role alternates with the Coordinator position and requires leadership in daily store activities, proper coaching, and adherence to policies. Strong customer service and availability on nights/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team follows the store plan and prioritizes tasks.
• Provides coaching to Associates to improve performance.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
