The TJX Companies, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations, often serving as Coordinator and occasionally as Leader on Duty, with open availability including nights and weekends.

You will coach Associates, model outstanding customer service, ensure procedures, communicate with management, and help maintain coverage and safety. This role offers growth opportunities within TJX's off-price retail environment and a competitive pay range.

Formación

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Associates; ensures adherence to procedures.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Promotes and supports safety, labor, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
