Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

• Knowledge of store software and merchandise flow.
• Able to respond quickly to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks in line with the store plan and prioritizes as needed.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
