Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew Member/Manager on Duty role at our Springfield, MO location. You will welcome guests, support sales, and help train team members to deliver the B.E.S.T.

customer service experience while keeping the store running smoothly. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with opportunities to grow as you supervise daily operations, open/close procedures, cash handling, and stock organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW customer service in person; train crew on best practices.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed; ensure security and daily operations.
• Open or close the store; manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
