Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise daily store operations and drive performance. The role includes scheduling, training opportunities for the team, and ensuring efficient, profitable store management.

You will support development of personnel, help manage payroll and inventory, and ensure customer service excellence while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and supervising the team.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities to grow the team.
• Monitor store performance and payroll to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure store cleanliness, signage, and product freshness at all times.
• Oversee store inventory and stock levels and assist with ordering.
• Support interviews and onboarding of new employees.
