This role collaborates with peers and district support to optimize service, sales, and operations, with occasional rotation through merchandising and specialty tasks for development.

Qualificações

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipating customer flow and work demand to ensure proper coverage.
• Plan for sales spikes and maintain in-stock position.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Lead a team to achieve sales and margin goals and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store leadership, District Manager, and support staff.
