Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Assistant Store Manager position in the United States leads a team of associates to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe, well‑stocked store, while achieving sales and margin goals and driving efficient store operations.

The role collaborates with the store leadership team and district/area staff to meet customer needs, may rotate through Specialty and Operations for cross‑training, and may require occasional travel to meetings or trainings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
