Dollar Tree in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, help customers, and develop the store team. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandise stocking, and maintaining clean, organized floors and stockrooms.

You will supervise Store Associates, ensure compliance with policies, and uphold the safety and service standards while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; able to read and interpret operational directives.
• Previous store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store setting preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties including walking, standing, bending, and stocking.

• Keep store areas well-stocked, clean, and secure assets including cash.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies by all associates.
• Help supervise and develop Store Associates and provide a respectful environment.
• Support store leadership in maintaining a neat, safe, and presentable store.
