Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations of the retail store and the development of team members, clients, and volunteers. This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $15.25 and a 40-hour workweek.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain high-quality customer service, manage inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting. A drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide top-tier customer service and manage inventory with data-driven insights.
• Oversee product logistics including sorting, pricing, stocking, and safe cash handling and store reporting.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members; conduct audits to implement improvements.
