Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is hiring a Store Key Holder to support daily operations, team growth, and excellent customer service in a full-time hourly role. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize inventory, pricing, and donor flow while upholding Goodwill standards and safety policies.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Drug test and background check required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and team development.
• Oversee customer service, inventory management, and data-driven performance insights.
• Train and supervise staff, conduct audits, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling, donations, cash handling, and store reporting.
