Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Store Key Holder to support daily store operations and the development of staff and volunteers. This full-time position reports to the Store Manager and helps drive excellent customer service and efficient inventory management.

The role requires 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift and weekend availability, paying $15.25 per hour. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and staff development.
• Oversee customer service, cleanliness, inventory, and cash handling.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members and volunteers.
• Schedule labor, manage donations, and ensure security and branding compliance.
