Job summary

Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Illinois is seeking a Store Key Holder to support daily store operations, staff development, and customer service. This full-time role reports to the Store Manager and involves coordinating the team, donations, pricing, and inventory tasks.

You will work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift, with an $18.25 hourly rate. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in English are preferred requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to provide top-tier customer service, maintain clean and safe facilities, and manage inventory using data-driven performance insights.
• Oversee product logistics, including sorting, pricing, stocking, and using equipment like pallet jacks, while ensuring accurate cash handling and store finance reporting.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members, assisting with day-to-day operations and conducting audits to implement improvements.
