Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliability in completing required background checks.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to provide top-tier customer service and manage inventory with data-driven insights.
• Train, supervise, and develop team members; conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Oversee donations, branding, security, and cash handling per Goodwill policy.
• Ensure timely cash reports and daily deposits; monitor store operations and labor scheduling.
