Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Utah seeks a Store Operations Manager to lead store execution, owning freight, F2F, backroom and inventory standards while coaching Team Members and supporting the Store Manager. You will oversee safety, compliance, scheduling, and daily operation routines, ensuring Legendary Service and strong store performance across all shift teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive customer engagement, protect assets, and coach Team Members to execute standard work

Qualifications

Retail leadership experience is required.
Experience in store operations and supervision is strongly preferred.
Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Education level: HS diploma required, BA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
Lead F2F process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines.
Lead weekly recovery process execution and store recovery standards.
Oversee the Receiver role and ensuring receiving standards.
Oversee inventory control, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations.
Maintain backroom, dock, and overall store standards.
Own security processes and lead team members to execute standards.
Support Store Manager with planning, safety, compliance, and results.
Operate equipment as needed and assist customers with loading purchases.
