Job summary

Tractor Supply currently seeks a Store Operations Manager in Milton, FL to lead operational execution across freight, F2F, weekly recovery, and receiving. This role drives safety, compliance, and efficiency while coaching Team Members and supporting the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members; excellent communication.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and ability to read, write, count.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including unload planning.
• Lead F2F process execution with timely follow-up on routines.
• Oversee weekly recovery processes and Targeting Outs execution.
• Oversee Receiver role, weekly checklist, coaching, and standards.
• Manage inventory control, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and outdoor area standards and safety.
