Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member in the United States to manage store opening and closing in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.

You will also handle customer interactions, resolve issues, assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vendor deliveries while coaching others to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handling required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash drops while ensuring proper cash register records.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience and support team members in service quality.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, displays, and basic back-of-house operations.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backroom organization, and merchandising standards.
