Qualifications

• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provides outstanding customer service with a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates to maintain performance and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues as needed.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security measures.
