Job summary

DSW-Designer Shoe Warehouse in Memphis is seeking a Store Manager or Assistant Manager level candidate to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute priorities, manage inventory, and coach associates to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities include ensuring store standards, driving omni-channel activities, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment while guiding the team through training and performance

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to operate with pace and hold the team accountable.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient with store technology (POS, devices).
• Able to stand/walk up to 100% of shift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily priorities and operations.
• Elevate customer experience and coach associates to hit KPI.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and recovery tasks.
• Support inventory, omni activities, and merchandise presentation.
• Participate in scheduling, payroll-related tasks, and labor deliverables.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and associate development.
