• Develop and communicate store strategies aligned to company goals; foster growth and innovative thinking.
• Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly financial plans and adjust as needed.
• Create a culture of recognition and solve customer/associate issues with urgency.
• Direct merchandise movement and inventory planning responsive to trends.
• Oversee omni-channel activities (Charge/Send, BOPIS) and in-store standards.
• Lead talent strategy, ensure policy adherence, and drive accountability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent; run store meetings; support leadership.
