Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute annual business growth plans and forecasts for 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains and indirectly leads the broader store team through coaching and development.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring compliant execution of floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Leads training initiatives to ensure teammates are trained/equipped to deliver elevated athlete experiences and develops development plans.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans, overseeing payroll and scheduling to align with budgets and trends.
• Hires and builds strong teams by sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions for Captain and hourly staff, with guidance from the Store Manager.
