Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Store Manager to develop and execute long-range growth plans and staffing.
• Directly manages Captains (Supervisors) and develops the store team through coaching and performance management.
• Oversees merchandising standards, customer service expectations, and adherence to policies and safety procedures.
• Hires and builds strong teams and makes decisions on staffing and promotions for hourly staff.
• Manages payroll and staff scheduling to align with budget goals and adapt to traffic and trends.
