• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute full-year business growth plans, including forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and indirectly manages broader store team through influence, coaching, and development.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards and promotes company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
• Leads training initiatives to ensure teammates deliver elevated athlete experiences with coaching and development.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budget goals and adapt to traffic trends.
• Hires and builds strong teams; makes hiring/termination decisions for hourly staff with Captain input and guidance.
• Ensures safety, policies, and customer service expectations are met; fosters an inclusive, respectful store environment.
